What does API actually do?
We build AI agents and automations that take repetitive work off your team: replying to enquiries, chasing payments, moving data between tools, producing reports, and more. We also integrate AI into products and advise on where automation pays off.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You explain how your business works; we handle everything technical and hand over a system with plain-language documentation and training.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. A single agent or automation is a fixed-price project; larger systems are scoped in phases. You get a written quote after the free call — no surprises, no hourly billing you can't predict.
How long does it take?
Most first automations go live in two to six weeks. An AI consulting audit takes one to two weeks. Larger done-for-you systems are delivered in phases so you see value early.
Which tools can you integrate?
Almost anything with an API or web interface: Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Notion, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack, and hundreds more.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
No. We connect what you already have. We only suggest a change when a tool genuinely blocks automation, and we tell you up front.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Systems run under your own accounts, we use business-tier AI services that don't train on your data, and we can keep sensitive data on your infrastructure. We'll document exactly what data moves where.
What can't be automated?
Decisions that need real judgement, relationships, and anything where an error is very costly without a human check. We design those steps as approvals rather than pretending a machine should own them.
What happens if the automation makes a mistake?
Every system has guardrails, logs and alerts. Risky actions can require approval, and failures are queued and flagged — never silently lost.
What happens after launch?
A support period is included, with clear response times. After that you can keep us on a light retainer or run it yourself — you own everything.
Do you work outside Lebanon?
Yes. We're based in Lebanon and work with clients anywhere, fully remotely, in English or Arabic.
How does the free call work?
