Our mission

Every business owner we meet is doing work a machine could do — replying, chasing, copying, compiling — because nobody has made automation simple enough to trust. Our mission is to change that: to turn operations into self-running systems, built honestly, explained plainly, and handed over working.

The founder

API started with a simple observation: the tools to automate most business work already exist, but the people who need them most — owners of small and medium businesses — don't have the time or the technical team to wire them together. Elias founded API to close that gap: to be the team that builds it, explains it, and stays until it works.

What we believe

• Automation over admin. If a machine can do it, a person shouldn't have to.
• Results, not buzzwords. We measure hours saved and errors removed.
• Your time is the point. Automation can give back up to 90% of the hours lost to manual work. That's the product.

We're based in Lebanon and work with clients anywhere, fully remotely. Calls are in English or Arabic.
